It probably doesn’t happen a lot, but we’ve all been there. It’s dinner time, plans or circumstances change and you are looking for a place to eat with out reservations. You call your favorite spots, they’re all full. You jump on the computer and look up a few more places, most are full as well and the ones that aren’t can’t take you till 9:00 pm? Who eats dinner then? What to do? All eyes are on you to save the day.
You reach into your pocket and pull out your smart phone. You tap your “Open Table” app. You search out restuarnts near your location or one you select. You pick the type of food and the price range and bada bing bada boom you have a list of places with openings just waiting for you to book a reservation. The choices are offered to the group, a decision is reached, and you book it through the app. A hero is made, at dinner you are regaled with wine and song. Well, perhaps not, but your group will be very grateful and certainly a little impressed.
So there you are, “Open Table” another arrow in your quiver. You may not need it often, but you will glad you have it when the need arises.
