The Lines Have Begun – Black Friday

“World Series” Tickets, auditioning for “American Idol,” buying the latest iphone, people will wait on line for days for these things. This morning I noticed a few online articles about “Black Friday” lines? Are you really going to spend Thanksgiving on a line? That seems silly to me. I would never wait on such a line. For the last five years I haven’t even set foot in a mall during the month of December. Traffic, parking, crowds, people coughing and sneezing, looking at that silly mall map. You are here? I know where I am, home. I am sitting in front of my computer buying all my gifts online.

Online deals are just as good if not better then in store deals. I can price compare and read review, shipping is often free. For me thats the way to go and from now until December 24th I am going to find and share with you as many of those online bargains as possible.

I have already told you about Ebay’s Daily Deals. Here are two more sites where great deals and discounts can be found.

  1. – These guys have been in the game since the late nineties. While other sites have come and gone, they remain a consistent source of deal information.  Their “Black Friday” section is second to none.  You have to be quick, deals sell out and expire in a matter of hours. Trust me, that 200 dollar 50 inch HDTV won’t last.
  2. – Another great site, their slogan is “Where Everyday is Black Friday”. It’s a very easy website to navigate. Right now you can click on their Black Friday tab and see ads from many of the biggest retailers in the country.

Both of these sites will be ramping up in a few days. If you are nimble you should be able to grab some great presents and have them shipped right to your front door. No lines for you.
